We discuss all aspects of your project early on and prioritise honest and open discussions about the level of finish you want. This then translates to your specifications so we know if we need to allow a higher inclusions list to more suit your taste. All designs are formalised and engineering reports completed before you sign a contract to give you certainty. You will also have full access to our online project management software to see how much you have allocated to spend on each item, clearly showing you if you are going over your intended budget.

The best place to start is with a thorough initial, in person consultation to clearly discuss the three foundational factors: 1) Your block - which will need to involve a site inspection. 2) What rooms you want to create in your home. 3) What level of finish you are seeking. What is your square meterage rate for building a house?
